This time, the on-site investigation team traveled to Hong Kong, China, as planned to conduct a field visit to the forex broker CLC. According to publicly available information, its office address is 13/F, Nan Fung Tower, 88 Connaught Road Central, Central, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site verification team, driven by a strong sense of responsibility to rigorously vet investors, traveled to Hong Kong, China, according to a well-planned itinerary. They conducted an on-site inspection of the trader CLC, which was claimed to be located on the 13th floor of Nan Fung Tower, 88 Connaught Road Central, Central, Hong Kong.

They arrived smoothly at Nan Fung Tower, which is situated in the core financial district of Central, Hong Kong, surrounded by a vibrant commercial atmosphere. The building’s exterior appeared brand new, and no company signage or information related to CLC was found outside the building.

Upon entering the lobby, they informed the security guard or staff of their purpose. After a brief registration and communication, they were granted access. However, no company sign identifying CLC was found inside the building.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 13th floor, they discovered that there was no office area labeled with the name CLC. Since all office areas on this floor are equipped with access control, entry without prior appointment was not possible. Throughout the visit, they did not see the company’s reception desk, nor were they able to photograph the reception or its logo. This office space is not a shared office environment.

Through the glass doors in the corridor, they could not observe the interior of the office area corresponding to CLC. The relevant area does not allow external visitors to enter freely, making it impossible to confirm the internal office environment, decor style, or employee activities. This scenario is entirely inconsistent with CLC’s claim of operating from this location.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it was confirmed that the trader CLC does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigators, as planned, visited the foreign exchange broker CLC in Hong Kong, China. At the address publicly displayed for business operations, they did not find any information such as the company name of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine place of business. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
