50 Market Street, Central, Singapore
EDF Singapore Verified: No Physical Presence Found

Purpose
The Singapore foreign exchange market is an emerging forex market that developed in the 1970s alongside the rise of the Asian Dollar Market. It is one of the world's important forex trading centers. Leveraging its superior geographical location, stable political environment, sound financial regulatory system, and advanced financial infrastructure, it has attracted numerous international financial institutions and forex brokers to conduct business there. To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of forex brokers in this region, the on-site inspection team traveled to Singapore for field visits.
Process
In this issue, the on-site inspection team visited the forex broker EDF in Singapore as planned. According to public information, its office address is 88 Market Street #22-01 CapitaSpring Singapore 048948.
A professional and experienced on-site verification team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors, proceeded according to a meticulous plan to the target area in Singapore. They conducted a physical verification of the broker EDF, which claims to be located at 88 Market Street #22-01 CapitaSpring Singapore 048948.
The verification personnel successfully arrived at the target building. Located in the core area of Singapore's city center, it is a super-luxury office tower with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information for EDF was found on the exterior of the building.
The verification personnel entered the building lobby and, after stating their purpose to the security guard, obtained permission to enter. The company directory inside the building did not list EDF, nor was its logo visible.
However, upon reaching the target floor, it was discovered that the corresponding space belonged to another financial company. It was impossible to confirm any connection between the two companies. Furthermore, due to reasons such as being unable to pinpoint the exact location, the verification personnel could not reach the office area claimed by EDF, could not enter the company's interior, and were unable to take a photo of EDF's reception desk. The office was not a shared workspace. It was also impossible to observe the internal office environment through the glass door, as entry was simply not possible.
Therefore, after the on-site verification, it was confirmed that broker EDF does not exist at the aforementioned address.
Conclusion
The on-site investigator visited the forex broker's EDF in Singapore as planned. At its publicly displayed business address, no information such as the broker's company name was visible, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
