The inspection team arrived at the designated location smoothly. Situated near London Bridge, the area boasts a prosperous surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere with a magnificent office building. However, no corporate logos or relevant information of KQ MARKETS were found outside the building.

Upon entering the building lobby, the inspection team explained the purpose of the visit to the security staff but was denied access to the upper floors.

Moreover, no directory plaque for KQ MARKETS was displayed in the lobby. After inquiry, the security staff confirmed that no such company exists in the building. The team attempted to access the upper floors, yet the specific floor number was unconfirmed and no identifiable signs of the company were found. Ultimately, the team failed to locate the companys specific office or access its interior. No photos of the front desk or corporate logo were obtained, and the premises in question are not co-working office space.

Due to access restrictions, the team was unable to observe the interior environment, decoration style or staff activities of the alleged office. Overall, the broker fails to match its claimed business presence at the registered address.

The on-site inspection finally confirmed that KQ MARKETS has no operational presence at the above-stated UK address.

Conclusion

The absence of the brokers name and relevant identification at the registered address verifies that the broker has no genuine physical business premises.
