Process

In this issue, the on-site inspection team went to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker EARNEX. According to public information, its office address is Unit 1403 Fortune tower, JLT, dubai, UAE.

Professional and experienced on-site inspectors, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, traveled to the UAE according to a well-planned itinerary. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker EARNEX, which claims to be located at Unit 1403 Fortune tower, JLT, dubai, UAE.

The on-site inspectors successfully arrived at Fortune tower, which is located in an ultra-luxurious office building in Dubai's core business district. The surrounding commercial atmosphere is very strong, with various financial institutions and business service companies densely distributed. No company signage information related to EARNEX was found outside the building.

The on-site inspectors entered the first-floor lobby of the building. After stating their purpose to the security guard and completing routine visitor registration, they successfully obtained permission to enter the lobby. The office building's first floor has a complete floor directory board, and no information about the company was found on the directory board.

When attempting to go to the target floor, the 14th floor, they were unable to obtain access permission for the corresponding floor and could not reach the corresponding office location. Subsequent verification through the surrounding area showed that the office opposite the office corresponding to this address is empty. Throughout the process, no office area of EARNEX was found, and no related signage or security measures were seen. They could neither enter the interior nor photograph the reception desk and the reception desk's LOGO. The premises are not a shared office.

Because they were unable to enter the designated Room 1403, they could not observe the company's internal environment throughout the process, nor could they confirm whether it matches its claimed business positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker EARNEX does not exist at the above address.
