Purpose

The Hong Kong, China foreign exchange market is a core offshore foreign exchange market in the Asia-Pacific region that developed in the 1970s. As one of the world's important financial hubs, it has distinctive features such as a mature regulatory system, free cross-border capital flows, and a concentration of international financial institutions. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operations of foreign exchange brokers in the region, we traveled to Hong Kong, China, for an on-site visit.

Process

In this issue's visit, as planned, we went to Hong Kong, China to conduct an on-site visit to the foreign exchange broker RICH MASS GROUP LTD. According to public information, its office address is RICH MASS (HK) LIMITED, WORKSHOP 01, FLAT B, 19/F, GOODWILL INDUSTRIAL BUILDING, 36-44 PAK TIN PAR STREET, TSUEN WAN, NEW TERRITORIES.

A professional and experienced inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, traveled to Hong Kong, China according to a thorough plan to conduct an on-site verification of the broker RICH MASS GROUP LTD, which claims to be located at the above address.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at GOODWILL INDUSTRIAL BUILDING, located at 36-44 Pak Tin Par Street, Tsuen Wan, New Territories. It is situated in the core section of the Tsuen Wan industrial area, surrounded mainly by industrial buildings and small commercial enterprises. The overall environment leans toward practical industrial operations, and the commercial atmosphere is average. A complete panoramic photo of the building was taken from outside; no company signage or promotional information related to RICH MASS GROUP LTD was found on the exterior walls or at the entrance of the entire building.

The inspection personnel entered the ground-floor lobby of the building, stated their purpose to the security guard, and after a simple information registration, successfully obtained permission to enter the building.

After arriving at the target floor, the 19th floor, the inspection personnel checked all company directory signs on the floor one by one, and found no signage related to RICH MASS GROUP LTD at all, nor was there any listing information for the company corresponding to 19/F, Flat B, Workshop 01.

Because no entrance corresponding to the company was found on the floor, the inspection personnel did not come into contact with the company's reception desk throughout the process, were completely unable to photograph the reception desk or its LOGO, and the premises were not a shared office.

We compared all office units in Zone B of the 19th floor one by one; no office premises bore the name RICH MASS GROUP LTD; throughout the process, we did not find the company's actual operating area, could not enter any interior space bearing the broker's name, and completely could not see the so-called company interior environment.

Therefore, after the inspection, it was confirmed that the broker RICH MASS GROUP LTD does not exist at the above public address.

Conclusion

Visiting personnel went to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker RICH MASS GROUP LTD. At the publicly displayed business address, they could not see the broker's company name or other information; after asking the building security, they also learned that this company had never been at this address, indicating that the broker does not have real business premises. Investors are advised to consider information from multiple sources and make prudent choices.
