Process

This time, the inspection team went to Hong Kong, China as planned to visit the forex broker BPS CAPITAL, according to public information, its office address is FLAT B5,1/F MANNING IND BLDG 116 - 118 HOW MING ST KWUN TONG KLN HONG KONG.

A professional and experienced site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly vet for investors, went to Hong Kong, China according to a meticulous plan. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker BPS CAPITAL allegedly located at FLAT B5,1/F MANNING IND BLDG 116 - 118 HOW MING ST KWUN TONG KLN HONG KONG.

The site inspection personnel arrived smoothly at the target building, which is located on How Ming Street in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. The surrounding streets are relatively ordinary, and the business atmosphere is average. No sign or relevant information of the company was found outside the building. The building has a common appearance, typical of an industrial building.

The inspectors entered the lobby of the building and stated their purpose to the security guard. After a brief communication, they obtained permission to enter.

Upon arriving at the target floor (1st floor), the inspectors found no obvious signage for the office area of BPS CAPITAL, nor any relevant security measures. Since they could not find the company's office at all, they were unable to enter the interior. Moreover, they could not take photos of the front desk or its logo, and it is not a shared office.

Through the lobby area, since there were no directions pointing to the company, they could not observe the internal environment of the company, etc. After arriving, they confirmed that it was the address, but found no information about the broker. Upon inquiry, the security guard informed them that there was no such company, and it was determined to be fraudulent.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker BPS CAPITAL does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The survey personnel went to Hong Kong, China as planned to physically visit the forex broker BPS CAPITAL, but at its publicly displayed business address, they could not see the company name or other information of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a real place of business. Investors should make their decisions after comprehensive consideration.
