Process

This inspection team traveled to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex dealer AIXAUEA. According to public information, its office address is The Binary by OMNIYAT, 4th Floor, 32 Marasi Drive Street, Business Bay, Dubai.

The professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly vet for investors, followed a carefully planned itinerary and went to the Business Bay area in Dubai, UAE. Based on the above information, they conducted an on-site visit to the broker AIXAUEA.

The relevant staff, guided by the address information, went to The Binary by OMNIYAT building along Marasi Drive Street to conduct an on-site verification of the broker AIXAUEA, which was claimed to be located at that address.

The team successfully arrived at the target building, The Binary by OMNIYAT. The site is located in the core section of Business Bay, Dubai's key business belt, close to the Dubai Canal. The surrounding commercial facilities are well developed, with a dense cluster of high-end office buildings and business complexes. The overall environment is clean and modern, with a strong business atmosphere.

A full view of the building was photographed from the outside, but no company signage or related information bearing AIXAUEA was found on the building's facade or at the entrance. After entering the first-floor lobby of the building, the team stated their purpose to the lobby security guard and front desk staff. After completing visitor registration, they obtained permission to enter the interior of the building.

During the attempt to go to the target floor, the 4th floor, on-site staff confirmed that the entire floor is a shared office operation area, with no independent exclusive office access control, making it impossible to directly locate a dedicated office spot for AIXAUEA. No office area signage bearing the AIXAUEA identifier was found on-site, and there was no company nameplate or directory board at all. Due to the visitor access rules of the shared space, the team could not freely enter the internal office area, and had no opportunity throughout the process to photograph the company's reception desk or its front desk LOGO. It was confirmed that this area operates as a shared office business format.

After presenting AIXAUEA's relevant information and registered address to the front desk staff of the shared office, they stated that this company might have previously been a tenant in the shared space, but had already completed the lease termination and moved out. There was no office material or personnel belonging to AIXAUEA remaining on-site, making it completely impossible to observe the company's internal office environment. This is completely inconsistent with its publicly claimed fixed business address.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker AIXAUEA does not exist at the publicly stated address above.

Conclusion

The on-site inspectors visited the forex broker AIXAUEA in the UAE as planned. At its publicly displayed business address, they could not see the company name or other information of the broker. The company's previous registration record has become invalid, and there is no trace of any operations under this brand at the current address, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors should make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
