Process

In this issue, the on-site inspection team travelled to the UAE as planned to conduct a field visit to forex broker River Prime. According to public information, its office address is 4th Floor, Business bay, Ubora Tower, 404, Dubai, UAE.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly scrutinize for investors, went to the UAE according to a meticulous plan. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker River Prime claiming to be located at 4th Floor, Business Bay, Ubora Tower, 404, Dubai, UAE.

The inspectors arrived at Ubora Tower, which is located in the center of Dubai. It is a super-luxury office building with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong business atmosphere. However, no company logo or relevant information of River Prime was found outside the building.

The inspectors entered the lobby of the building and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they learned that the office building has strict security and requires an appointment to go upstairs.

No company directory listing for River Prime was found in the lobby, nor was the company's logo seen. It was impossible to confirm whether the company actually exists in the building. Because there was no appointment and no complete directory, the inspectors could not reach the target floor to confirm the specific location, nor could they enter the company's interior. Naturally, they could not take photos of the front desk and its logo. The office was not a shared office either.

Even through the glass door, the internal environment of the company could not be observed because entry was simply not allowed. The overall situation did not match its claimed location.

Therefore, after the inspection, it was confirmed that the broker River Prime does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The survey personnel went to the UAE as planned to visit the forex broker River Prime. At its publicly displayed business address, they could not see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors should make their decisions after comprehensive consideration.
