FX-Trade Indonesia Verified: No Physical Presence Found

Purpose
The Indonesia forex market is a newly emerging forex market that has developed in recent years. With the continuous development of Indonesia's economy, the demand for forex trading is increasing, and market activity is gradually rising. To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of forex brokers in this region, the on-site inspection team went to Indonesia for a field visit.
Process
The on-site inspection team went to Indonesia as planned to conduct a field visit to the forex broker FX-Trade. According to public information, its office address is Satrio Tower 16th, Jl. Dr Satrio Kuningan, Jakarta.
A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, followed a meticulously planned itinerary and traveled to the target area in Indonesia. They conducted a physical verification of the trader FX-Trade, which claims to be located at Satrio Tower 16th, Jl. Dr Satrio Kuningan, Jakarta.
The inspectors successfully arrived at Satrio Tower, which is situated in downtown area of Indonesia, surrounded by a bustling environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. This is an ultra-luxurious office building, but no company signage or related information for FX-Trade was found on the exterior of the building.
The inspectors entered the lobby of the building and explained their purpose to the security personnel. However, after communication, they were unable to obtain entry permission. On the directory board inside the building, there was no information for this company.
Due to not having an appointment, the inspectors could not reach the 16th floor. No obvious signage for FX-Trade was found, thus they could not enter the interior, nor photograph the reception area or the LOGO. The target floor is a shared office space.
Because they were not allowed to go upstairs, the inspectors could not observe the internal environment of the company. The overall situation could not be assessed to determine if it matched its claimed positioning.
Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the trader FX-Trade does not exist at the aforementioned address.
Conclusion
The on-site investigator visited the forex broker FX-Trade in Indonesia as planned. At the publicly displayed business address, no information such as the company name of the broker could be seen, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
