They conducted an on-site inspection of the broker CES CAPITAL, which claimed to be located on the entire 22nd floor of Jie Li Centre, 18 Fenwick Street, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The site inspectors arrived smoothly at Jie Li Centre, located at 18 Fenwick Street, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, China. The surrounding environment is relatively bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signs or relevant information of the company were found outside the building.

The site inspectors entered the building lobby, explained their purpose to the security guard, and successfully obtained permission to enter.

After arriving at the target floor, the 22nd floor, the site inspectors found that the office area of CES CAPITAL had no apparent signage and no security measures were visible. The site inspectors could not enter the interior, and could not take photos of the front desk or its logo. This is also not a shared office. Upon arrival, they confirmed that the address was correct, but found no information about this broker. Upon inquiry, the security guard informed them that this company does not exist, leading to the conclusion that it is fraudulent. Through the common area of the floor, since they could not enter, the site inspectors were unable to observe the internal environment of the company.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker CES CAPITAL does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspectors visited the forex dealer CES CAPITAL in Hong Kong, China as planned. At its publicly displayed business address, they did not see the dealer's company name or other information, indicating that the dealer does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their decisions after comprehensive consideration.
