Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker Hibiki in Japan as planned. According to public information, its office address is 11th Floor, MFPR Shibuya Building, 1-2-5 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly vet for investors, followed a meticulous plan and traveled to the target area in Japan to conduct a physical verification of the broker Hibiki that claims to be located at this address.

The inspectors successfully arrived at the MFPR Shibuya Building, located in the bustling Shibuya district of Tokyo, with a vibrant surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. No company logo was seen on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby. Inside the building, they could not find the company's directory plate or information.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 11th floor, the inspectors did not find the office area of Hibiki. After communicating with the company's employees, they were told that the company had been acquired by Moomoo. The inspectors were able to photograph the reception desk and its logo, and the office was not a shared workspace.

Although the internal office environment could not be seen through the glass door, the overall appearance of the environment seemed to be relatively consistent with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Hibiki exists at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion
