There is no corporate around the location, and the surrounding street environment showed no signs related to the broker.Although the full view of the building could be seen, no signage or related information of the company was found outside the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and obtained permission to enter after stating their purpose to the security guard. However, no company nameplate was found inside the building, nor was any LOGO related to the company seen.

Since the specific floor and location could not be determined, the inspectors could not reach the specific floor and confirm the company's exact location, and naturally could not enter the company's interior. Additionally, they could not photograph the front desk or the front desk LOGO. The office is not a shared office. From the lobby, because it was impossible to enter the company, the internal office environment could not be observed. After arrival, the address was confirmed, but no information about the broker was found. Upon inquiry, the security guard said there was no such company, leading to the judgment that it was fictitious.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Ampersand Bank does not exist at the aforementioned address.
