Observing through the window, due to inability to enter the company, they could not observe the internal environment, decoration style, or employee activities. After arriving, they confirmed the address, but found no information about the broker. Upon inquiry, the security guard said the company did not exist, leading to the conclusion that it is fake.

Therefore, after the site visit, it was confirmed that the broker MayFairCap does not exist at the above address.
