Due to the lack of clear location information, the surveyors were unable to reach the specific floor and confirm the exact location of the company, and naturally could not enter the company's interior. At the same time, they were also unable to photograph the reception area or its logo.

Through the lobby area, since they could not enter the company's interior, the surveyors were unable to observe the company's internal environment, decoration style, or employee activities. Overall, it was impossible to confirm whether the company actually existed at this address, which did not match its claimed location.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it was confirmed that the broker KCMenkul does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The fact-checking team went to Japan as planned to visit forex broker KCMenkul in person. At the publicly displayed business address, they did not see the company name or other information of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors should make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
