Process

This on-site inspection team plans to visit the forex broker AMEREX in Japan as scheduled, according to public information its office address is 〒105-5117 17F, World Trade Center Building South Tower, 2-4-1 Hamamatsucho, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly check for investors, went to Japan according to a thorough plan. They conducted a field verification of the broker AMEREX claimed to be located at the address.

The field inspectors arrived smoothly at the World Trade Center Building South Tower, located in central Tokyo, with a bustling surrounding environment and strong business atmosphere. This is an ultra-luxury office building, but no company logo or related information of AMEREX was found outside the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained entry permission. Upon entering the building, they carefully searched the directory board in the lobby but did not find any information related to AMEREX.

Since the company information was not found on the directory board, the inspectors were unable to reach the target floor (17th floor) to confirm the specific location. Naturally, they could not enter the company, nor take photos of the front desk and its logo. The office is not a shared office either.

Through the lobby area, the inspectors could not observe the internal environment of the company. The overall situation does not match its claim of having an office at that address.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker AMEREX does not exist at the above address.
