Purpose

The UAE forex market is a regional core forex trading market that has developed over the past two decades. Leveraging Dubai's locational advantage as a Middle East financial hub, it has gathered a large number of forex brokers from around the world and is an important node connecting forex trading businesses across Europe, Asia, and Africa. In order to help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of the region's forex brokers, the on-site inspection team traveled to the UAE for field visits.

Process

In this issue, the field inspection team went to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker Richcomm. According to public information, its office address is 3-K, Silver (AG) Tower  Jumeirah Lakes Towers,  Sheikh Zayed Road  P.O. Box 340814,  Dubai, U.A.E.

A professional and experienced field survey team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, traveled to the United Arab Emirates according to meticulous planning. They conducted on-site verification of the broker Richcomm, which claims to be located at this address.

Successfully arrived at the Silver (AG) Tower building. The location is in the ultra-luxurious office building cluster area in downtown Dubai, adjacent to the Sheikh Zayed Road urban main road, equipped with mature commercial service facilities; the overall environment is clean and high-end, and the business atmosphere is very strong.

Outside the building, no company signage or promotional information related to Richcomm was found.

Entered the lobby on the first floor of the building, explained the purpose of the visit to the on-site staff, and after information registration and communication, successfully obtained entry permission and were able to move around normally in the lobby area.

When attempting to go to the floor where the target unit 3-K is located, we failed to obtain access permission for the corresponding floor, could not reach the specific floor to confirm the target location, and did not find any obvious signage or related directions for Richcomm's office area.

Due to floor access restrictions and no appointment, we were unable to enter the corresponding area. Throughout the process, we did not photograph the broker's reception desk or its reception desk logo. This location is also not a shared office.

Because we could not enter the corresponding office area, we were unable to observe the broker's internal environment. The overall situation does not match the business address positioning it publicly claims.

Therefore, after the field survey, it was confirmed that broker Richcomm does not exist at the above publicly marked address. After arriving at the corresponding marked office, it was found that the company operating in the premises is not Richcomm.

Conclusion

Field survey personnel went to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit of forex broker Richcomm. At the business address publicly disclosed by the broker, they could not see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
