Purpose

The UAE foreign exchange market is an emerging regional core forex market that has developed over the past two decades. Leveraging Dubai's advantageous position as an international financial port, it has gathered a large number of licensed forex dealers and related financial service institutions, and is the core market with the highest forex trading activity in the Middle East. In order to help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operating conditions of forex dealers in the region, the field inspection team traveled to the UAE for on-site visits.

Process

In this issue, the field inspection team traveled to the United Arab Emirates as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker DMCC. According to public information, its office address is Almas Tower Jumeirah Lakes Towers PO Box 48800 Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard the interests of investors, traveled to the UAE according to a meticulous plan to conduct an on-site verification of broker DMCC, which claims to be located at Almas Tower.

The relevant personnel successfully arrived at Almas Tower, which is located in Dubai's core commercial district and is a well-known ultra-luxury office building locally; the surrounding area is a mature business cluster with a very strong commercial atmosphere.

No signage information related to broker DMCC was found outside the building.

The relevant personnel entered the ground-floor lobby of the building and stated their purpose to the security guard. After basic communication, they were granted permission to enter the lobby. However, the building's security is extremely strict; there was no complete company directory on the first floor, nor was any floor guide information corresponding to broker DMCC found.

Because the visit appointment for the corresponding company had not been completed in advance, the relevant personnel could not go upstairs to reach the target floor, nor could they confirm the specific office location claimed by the broker. Throughout the process, they did not see any office area signage for DMCC, and were unable to photograph the company's reception desk or the reception desk LOGO; moreover, the premises are not a shared office.

Because they did not have permission to enter the upper-floor area, the relevant personnel could not observe the company's internal environment, nor could they confirm its internal decoration style and employee activity, and could not verify whether it matches its publicly claimed business positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker DMCC does not exist within the verifiable scope of the above publicly listed address, and it cannot be proven that it has actual business premises at that address.

Conclusion

The field inspection team went to the United Arab Emirates as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker DMCC, but at its publicly displayed business address, they were unable to see valid information such as the broker's company name and could not verify that the broker has a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
