Purpose

The UAE forex market is a regional core forex trading market that has gradually developed over the past two decades. Leveraging Dubai's geographical advantages as an international financial hub, it has gathered a large number of licensed and quasi-forex financial institutions from around the world, and is the core hub with the highest forex trading activity and the largest scale of capital flows in the Middle East. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual office conditions of forex brokers in the region, we traveled to Dubai, UAE, to conduct an on-site visit.

Process

In this issue's visit, as planned, we went to the UAE for an on-site visit to forex broker S&S. According to publicly available information, its office address is S&S Brokerage House P.O. Box: 77034 506, Al Fattan Plaza, Airport Road Garhoud Dubai. UAE.

A professional and experienced site visit team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, and in accordance with a meticulous plan, traveled to Dubai, UAE. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker S&S that claims to be located at this address.

The site visit personnel successfully arrived at the Al Fattan Plaza building. The location is in a relatively remote area of Dubai not far from the airport, and it is a local ultra-luxury commercial building. The overall surrounding environment is orderly, and the building's exterior is imposing and neat. No signage or information related to the broker S&S was found outside the building.

The site visit personnel entered the first-floor lobby of the building, explained their purpose to the on-site staff, and after a simple information registration, successfully obtained permission to enter the lobby.

On the complete floor directory board on the first floor of the building, they checked the list of all tenant companies one by one, and throughout the process, no company information corresponding to S&S was found. At the same time, the address publicly provided by the broker did not specify a particular floor, so it was impossible to confirm whether the company actually has a presence in the building, let alone go to the corresponding floor to confirm its exact location.

Because the target floor could not be identified, the site visit personnel were unable to find the office area of S&S. Naturally, they could not see any obvious signage or security measures of the company, nor could they enter the company's premises at all. There was no shared office situation, and they had no opportunity at all to photograph the company's reception desk or the LOGO at the reception desk.

Because the corresponding office area could not be found, the site visit personnel had no opportunity to observe the company's internal environment through the glass door or reception area, nor could they confirm its interior decoration style or employee activity. They were completely unable to determine whether its actual situation matches its publicly claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the site visit, it was confirmed that the broker S&S does not exist at the above publicly stated address.

Conclusion

On-site inspection personnel went to the United Arab Emirates as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker S&S. At its publicly displayed business address, they were unable to see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
