The inspection personnel arrived smoothly at Al Saqr Business Tower. Located in the heart of Dubai, this building is an ultra-luxury office tower. The surrounding area is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. The building's exterior is magnificent, exuding a high-end business vibe. However, no signage or relevant information for PROPRIDGE was found outside the building.

The inspectors entered the building's lobby, which is lavishly decorated and equipped with advanced facilities. After stating their purpose to the security guard and communicating briefly, they obtained permission to enter the building.

Inside the lobby, there was a directory board displaying information for all companies. The inspectors searched carefully, but the name of PROPRIDGE was not found.

Due to the building's strict security, visitors cannot go upstairs without an appointment. The inspectors were unable to reach the target floor, the 29th floor, and therefore could not confirm the company's exact location, let alone enter the company's premises. In addition, they were unable to photograph the reception desk or its logo. The office is not a shared office.

Through the lobby's glass doors, some public areas inside the building were visible, but the internal office environment of PROPRIDGE could not be observed. Overall, it was impossible to determine whether it matches the company's stated positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker PROPRIDGE does not exist at the aforementioned address.
