Process

This time the on-site inspection team went to Hong Kong, China as scheduled to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker HKJOJO. According to public information, its office address is Room D3-06, 33rd Floor, TML Tower, 3 Hoi Shing Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors' interests, went to Hong Kong, China, according to a thorough plan. It conducted an on-site verification of broker HKJOJO, which claims to be located at Room D3-06, 33/F, TML Tower, 3 Hoi Shing Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories.

Successfully arrived at the TML Tower. The location is in the core business section of Hoi Shing Road along the coast of Tsuen Wan, New Territories, surrounded by a continuous cluster of Grade A office buildings with a strong commercial atmosphere. A complete panoramic view of the building was photographed from outside, but no company sign or related promotional information bearing the name HKJOJO was found on the exterior facade of the entire building.

Entered the ground-floor lobby of the building, stated the purpose to the security guard, and after a brief information registration and communication, successfully obtained permission to enter the building.

After arriving at the target floor, the 33rd floor, the on-site inspectors carefully inspected the area corresponding to Room D3-06 and found no obvious signage at all in the office area of HKJOJO; nor was any information related to the broker marked on the floor directory of the entire floor. Because no entrance to the corresponding company was found, it was impossible to enter the company's interior throughout the process, and there was no opportunity to photograph the reception desk or its logo; the premises were also not a shared office.

Observing through the glass door in the public area of the floor, the office space in the D3-06 area was closed off, with no signs of office activity open to the outside, it was completely impossible to observe the internal office environment, and the overall condition was completely inconsistent with the broker's claim of establishing an office at this location. Combined with actual on-site confirmation, the physical address does exist, but no relevant information about broker HKJOJO was found throughout; after asking the building security, a clear answer was obtained that this company has never been a tenant in the building, and it was determined that the broker's claim of having an office here is false information.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that broker HKJOJO does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

On-site inspectors went to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker HKJOJO. At its publicly disclosed business address, they were unable to see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
