Recently, many investors called the inspection team hoping we could disclose more Australian brokers with fake addresses. In order to meet investors’ demand, the investigation team were going to visit Axfxpv in this episode for a closer look.

According to the regulatory information, the company address of Axfxpv is Level 29, 31 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The investigation staff visited the spot.

The investigation staff drove to the street as indicated by the regulatory information. The building number is conspicuous. The investigation staff successfully found the building on the regulation information.

Then the survey personnel entered the building. The first thing she saw was a floor guide that listed many companies. After a close observation, the survey personnel confirmed that it was not Axfxpv, but Vantage FX, on the 29th floor. In order to ensure the quality of the survey, the personnel took the elevator to the 29th floor. After walking around, the personnel found that only Vantage FX and Yitu Media worked on the floor.

Survey Conclusion

Based on the field survey, it is verified that the address of Axfxpv in Australia is inconsistent with that from the regulatory information. The broker’s MM license (regulatory No.428901) issued by Australian Securities and Investments Commission was suspected to be a cloned one. And the broker overruns the business scope regulated by NFA Common Financial Service License（Non-FX license）(regulatory No.0523361).
