Process

In this issue, the field inspection team went to the United Arab Emirates as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Goldenvest. According to public information, its office address is Office 42, 9th Floor, Concord Tower, 189 King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Str, Al Sufouh 2, Dubai - UAE.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, traveled to the UAE according to a meticulous plan. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker Goldenvest claiming to be located at Office 42, 9th Floor, Concord Tower, 189 King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Str.

They successfully arrived at Concord Tower. The location is next to an ultra-luxury office building in Dubai's business district, adjacent to a tram station, with very convenient surrounding transportation and a strong overall commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information of Goldenvest was found outside the building; only a complete panoramic view of the building was photographed.

They entered the building lobby and explained the purpose of the visit to the security guard or staff. After registration and communication, permission to enter the lobby was obtained.

When attempting to go to the target floor, the 9th floor, they found that building security was very strict. Without an advance appointment, permission to go upstairs could not be obtained, and the target floor could not be reached to confirm the specific location. Throughout the process, no company directory sign marked with Goldenvest was found in the building, nor was any LOGO belonging to Goldenvest seen inside or outside the building.

Because it was impossible to go upstairs, there was no opportunity at all to access the company's office area. There were no obvious signs or security measures, and it was impossible to photograph the reception desk or the reception desk LOGO, nor was there any shared office situation.

Since it was impossible to enter the upper floors of the building, there was no way to observe the company's internal environment. The premises are not open to outside entry, and it was completely impossible to confirm its interior decoration style, employee activities, or other related conditions.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that the broker Goldenvest does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

At its publicly disclosed business address, they were unable to see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises.
