Process

In this issue, the field inspection team went to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker ZED CAPÍTAL. According to public information, its office address is 1606, Concord Tower, Near Palm Jumeirah Tram Station, Media City, Dubai - UAE.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a mission to strictly safeguard investors, went to Dubai, UAE in accordance with a meticulous plan. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker ZED CAPÍTAL claiming to be located at 1606, Concord Tower, Near Palm Jumeirah Tram Station, Media City, Dubai - UAE.

The on-site inspectors successfully arrived at Concord Tower. The location is beside an ultra-luxury office building in the commercial district of Dubai, close to Palm Jumeirah Tram Station, with very convenient surrounding transportation and a strong overall commercial atmosphere. The on-site inspection team captured a complete panoramic view of the building's exterior.

No company signage or promotional information related to ZED CAPÍTAL was found on the exterior of the building.

The on-site inspectors entered the first-floor lobby of the building and explained their purpose to the security guard. After a brief communication and registration, they successfully obtained permission to enter the lobby.

The building's security is very strict. All visitors going to floors need to make an appointment with the corresponding company in advance and register their visitor information at the front desk to obtain permission to go upstairs. Since this visit did not have an advance appointment with ZED CAPÍTAL, they could not obtain permission to enter the upper-floor area, nor could they reach the target floor on the 16th floor to confirm the specific location. Throughout the process, no office area of the company was found, and naturally there were no obvious signs or security measures. They could not photograph the front desk or the LOGO at the front desk. The premises are also not a shared office.

Because they could not go upstairs, the on-site inspectors had no way to access the company's internal area and could not see the company's internal environment at all. There was also no channel to confirm related information such as its internal decoration style and employee activities, and it was completely impossible to confirm whether it matches its publicly claimed business positioning. At the same time, the building did not have a complete floor company directory, and no guidance information pointing to the location of ZED CAPÍTAL could be found. Whether inside or outside the building, the company's LOGO did not appear at all, and it was impossible to confirm whether the company actually operates here.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that the broker ZED CAPÍTAL does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The field inspection team went to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker ZED CAPÍTAL, but at the publicly listed business address, they could not see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
