Purpose

The UAE forex market is an emerging regional core forex market that has developed over the past two decades. Leveraging Dubai's geographical advantage as an international financial hub, it has gathered a large number of forex brokers from around the world, making it a distinctive forex clustering market with the highest forex trading activity and relatively high freedom of cross-border capital flow in the Middle East. To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of the forex brokers in the region, an on-site inspection team traveled to the UAE for field visits.

Process

In this issue, the on-site inspection team went to the UAE as planned to conduct a field visit to forex broker DGCX. According to public information, its office address is Floor 37, Gold Tower, Cluster I, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, UAE.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, traveled to the UAE according to a well-thought-out plan. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker DGCX, which claims to be located at Floor 37, Gold Tower, Cluster I, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, UAE.

We successfully arrived at the Gold Tower building. This location is in Dubai's core commercial area and is a local ultra-luxury office building, with a very strong commercial atmosphere nearby.

Outside the building, no company signage or related information associated with DGCX was found.

Entering the first-floor lobby of the building, we stated our purpose to the security guard or staff. After a brief communication, we obtained permission to enter the lobby.

The building has extremely strict security. There is no complete floor directory signboard on the 1st floor; only scattered signage for some companies was seen in the public area of the lobby, and no relevant signage corresponding to DGCX was found throughout the process.

Because no appointment had been made in advance, we could not obtain permission to go upstairs, could not go to the specific location on the 37th floor to verify, could not enter the company's interior, and could not photograph the reception desk or the reception desk LOGO. This location is not a shared office.

Due to the restriction on upstairs access, we could not observe the company's internal environment, nor could we confirm whether it matches the claimed business positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker DGCX does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspection team went to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker DGCX, but at its publicly displayed business address they could not see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors are advised to make a choice after comprehensive consideration.
