Purpose

In order to help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of forex brokers in the region, the site inspection team conducted an on-the-ground visit to the UAE.

Process

This time, the survey team went to the UAE as planned to visit forex broker MARKET SECURITIES on site. According to public information, its office address is Index Tower, West 27th Floor Suite 2702 DIFC, Dubai, UAE P.O. Box: 506859.

A professional and experienced site visit team, with a sense of mission to strictly screen for investors, followed a meticulous plan and traveled to the UAE. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker MARKET SECURITIES claiming to be located at Index Tower, West 27th Floor Suite 2702 DIFC, Dubai, UAE P.O. Box: 506859.

The site visit team arrived at Index Tower without any issues. The building is located in downtown Dubai, a super-luxury landmark office building, surrounded by a bustling environment and a strong business atmosphere. No signage or relevant information of the company was found on the exterior of the building.

The site visit team entered the lobby of the building and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained permission to enter the building. Inside the building, the company's nameplate could be seen.

Due to the strict security of the building, access to the upper floors was not possible without an appointment. Therefore, they were unable to reach the target floor 27 to confirm the exact location, nor could they enter the company's premises, take photos of the reception desk or its logo. The office is not a shared office.

Through the lobby area, although the internal office environment could not be observed, judging from the overall grade and management of the building, the overall environment should be consistent with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the site visit, it was confirmed that the broker MARKET SECURITIES exists at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The survey team visited the forex broker MARKET SECURITIES in the UAE as planned. At its publicly displayed business address, the broker's signboard and other information can be seen, indicating that the broker has a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their decision after comprehensive consideration.
