Building Survey

According to the regulatory information, the company address of XSpot is 68 Spyrou Kyprianou, office 201, 3rd floor, Kato Polemedia, 4154 Limassol. The investigation staff visited the spot.

The staf arrived at Spyrou Kyprianou and found a multistory building where the office of XSpot is located.

Exclusive

The staff found the company’s logo on two mailboxes inside the office building. The staff learned from the mailboxes that room 201 and 301 on the 2nd  and 3rd floor are the offices of XSpot. In addition, according to the survey, there is a pet shop at the ground floor.

The staff arrived at the gate of XSpot office on the 2nd floor but couldn’t find the company logo. A staff open the door halfway after the staff knocked. It could be seen that there were few people inside the office. Then the staff were informed that this room belongs to XSpot indeed.

Survey Conclusion

According to the on-the-site investigation by the staff,the address of XSpot is consistent with that from the regulatory information. Though the broker is relatively small, it holds CySEC STP licence and FCA EEA licence，which have been canceled.
