Purpose

Process

In this issue, the field inspection team traveled to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker SWORD CAPITAL. According to public information, its office address is Unit S313, Level 3, Emirates Financial Towers, DIFC, PO Box 72401, Dubai, UAE.

A professional and experienced survey team, with a sense of mission to strictly vet for investors, went to the UAE according to a meticulous plan. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker SWORD CAPITAL claiming to be located at Unit S313, Level 3, Emirates Financial Towers, DIFC, PO Box 72401, Dubai, UAE.

The surveyor arrived at Emirates Financial Towers, which is located in downtown Dubai. It is a super luxury landmark office building with a strong commercial atmosphere and a very bustling environment. However, no company logo or related information of SWORD CAPITAL was found outside the building.

The surveyor entered the lobby of the building and stated the purpose to the security guard. After communication, permission was granted to enter the building. A complete directory board can be seen inside the building, but there is no information of SWORD CAPITAL on it.

Due to not having an appointment, the surveyor could not reach the target floor, and thus could not confirm the specific location of the company, nor enter the company's interior.

At the same time, the surveyor was unable to take photos of the front desk and its logo. The office is not a shared office. The surveyor could only observe the lobby of the building and could not learn about the company's internal office environment. Based on the current situation, the overall condition does not match the broker's claimed office location.

Therefore, after the survey, it is confirmed that the broker SWORD CAPITAL does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspector went to the UAE as planned to visit forex broker SWORD CAPITAL. At its publicly displayed business address, the broker's company name and other information were not visible, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their decisions after comprehensive consideration.
