Process

On this occasion, the site inspection team traveled to the UAE as planned to visit forex broker Ahli United in person, and according to public information, its office address is Ahli United Bank B.S.C. (DIFC Branch) 1402 Al Fattan Currency House Tower 2, 14th Floor P.O Box. 507055, DIFC, Dubai, UAE.

Professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to maintain strict vigilance for investors, traveled to the UAE in accordance with meticulous planning. An on-site verification was conducted on the broker Ahli United claiming to be located at the above-mentioned address.

The inspection personnel arrived smoothly at Al Fattan Currency House Tower 2, which is located in the Dubai Financial Centre. It is a landmark building in Dubai, an ultra-luxury office tower, surrounded by a bustling environment with a strong commercial atmosphere.

No company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building. However, the building's directory board was photographed, but the company's information was not found on the directory.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they were permitted to enter the lobby.

Due to the company's extremely strict security and the lack of an appointment, the inspectors were unable to reach the target floor, the 14th floor, and thus could not confirm the exact location of the company, nor enter the company's interior. They could not take photos of the reception desk or its logo, and the office is not a shared office.

Through the lobby, the inspectors could not observe the internal environment of the company, and overall it was impossible to determine whether it matched its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Ahli United does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The fact-finding team visited the forex broker Ahli United in the UAE as planned, but did not see the company name or any signage at the publicly displayed business address, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine place of business. Investors should make their decisions after careful consideration.
