A professional and experienced team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, and in accordance with a well-organized plan, traveled to Hong Kong, China. They conducted an on-site verification of broker Bftzfx, which claims to be located at Room 1318, Beverley Commercial Centre, 87-105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon.

The team successfully arrived at Beverley Commercial Centre, which is located within the core business district of Tsim Sha Tsui. The surrounding area has dense shops and office buildings, high pedestrian traffic, a bustling street environment, and a very strong commercial atmosphere. Outside the building, a complete panorama of the building could be captured; the entire building has a brand-new appearance, the exterior facade is well-maintained, and the building signage is clearly legible.

The team entered the building lobby, explained their purpose to the staff, and after a simple registration, successfully obtained entry permission and could move freely in the lobby and office floors. On the wall next to the lobby entrance, there is a floor directory board listing companies. Looking up, one could clearly see the name of Bftzfx marked within the entry for the corresponding 13th floor; the company's LOGO is placed in the internal area of the building.

After arriving at the target floor, the 13th floor, the team quickly found the office area of Room 1318. There is a clear company sign at the entrance, and it is not a shared office. Due to internal management regulations, they could not enter the company's interior, but they could clearly photograph the reception desk and the LOGO on the reception desk.

Through the glass door, the team could not observe the office environment inside the company; overall, it presented a standardized, legitimate corporate office state, consistent with its claimed business positioning.

Therefore, after the inspection, it is confirmed that broker Bftzfx exists at the above address. The area around the address has a strong commercial atmosphere, the building exterior is brand new, and after entering, one can directly see the company's directory board. It is a genuinely existing company and is operating normally.

Conclusion
