Purpose

The foreign exchange market of Hong Kong, China is a mature offshore forex market that developed in the 1970s. Relying on the financial policy advantages of a free port, it has gathered a large number of forex dealers from around the world and is an important forex trading distribution center in the Asia-Pacific region. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operating conditions of forex dealers in the region, the field inspection team traveled to Hong Kong, China for an on-site visit.

Process

In this issue, the on-site inspection team went to Hong Kong, China as planned to visit forex broker Noble Sky. According to public information, its office address is Flat B, 27/F, Legend Tower, 7 Shing Yip St, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, and in accordance with careful planning, traveled to Hong Kong, China. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker Noble Sky, which claimed to be located at Flat B, 27/F, Legend Tower, 7 Shing Yip St, Kwan Tong, Hong Hong.

The team successfully arrived at the target building, Legend Tower, which is located along Shing Yip Street in Kwun Tong, surrounded by Kwun Tong's core commercial cluster; the surrounding environment is clean, and the commercial atmosphere is strong. No company signage or information related to Noble Sky was found outside the building.

The team entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After registration and communication, they obtained permission to enter the building.

After arriving at the target floor, the 27th floor, the team found no obvious signage related to Noble Sky's office area. Because the office areas on that floor were not open to the public, they could not enter. This verification confirmed that it was impossible to photograph the reception desk and its LOGO, and the premises were not a shared office.

Through the glass doors of the floor's public area, the team could not observe the office conditions inside the corresponding room, and did not obtain information about the company's internal environment, decoration style, or employee activities.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Noble Sky does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

As planned, on-site inspectors went to Hong Kong, China to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker Noble Sky, but at the business address publicly disclosed by the broker, they could not see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
