CES CAPITAL Hong Kong Verified: Operational Office Confirmed
Hong Kong

Purpose

The Hong Kong foreign exchange market is a mature, internationalized forex market that developed in the 1970s. As a major global offshore financial hub, it is backed by mainland China and serves the entire world, attracting a large number of licensed and compliant forex brokers. With a well-established regulatory framework and high cross-border trading activity, it is a core hub for forex trading in the Asia-Pacific region. To help investors and professionals gain a more comprehensive understanding of the region’s forex brokers, an on-site research team conducted field visits to Hong Kong, China.

Process

This time, the on-site inspection team, as planned, visited the foreign exchange broker CES CAPITAL in Hong Kong, China. According to publicly available information, its office address is Units 801-802, 8/F, Shui On Centre, 6-8 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a strong sense of responsibility to rigorously vet investors, traveled to Hong Kong, China, according to a well-planned schedule. They conducted a field verification of the trader CES CAPITAL, which is reportedly located at Rooms 801–802, 8th Floor, Shui On Centre, 6–8 Harbour Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The relevant personnel arrived smoothly at the Shui On Centre building, situated in the core waterfront district of Wan Chai, adjacent to Victoria Harbour. The surrounding area is lined with high-rise buildings, fully equipped with shops and business amenities, and boasts a bustling streetscape with a vibrant commercial atmosphere. From the exterior, a complete panoramic view of the building can be captured; its façade appears new and clean, well-maintained, and exudes an outstanding business image overall.

The personnel entered the building’s ground-floor lobby and informed the security or staff of their purpose. After a brief registration and communication, they were granted access and could freely proceed to the corresponding office floor.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 8th floor, the personnel found that the office area of CES CAPITAL was clearly marked with a dedicated sign. The floor directory inside the building explicitly indicated that Rooms 801–802 belonged to CES CAPITAL, and the trader’s logo was displayed within the building.

Due to internal management requirements, external visitors are not permitted to enter the office area at this time. The office space is not a shared coworking area, and the reception desk along with its logo could be photographed.

Through the glass doors of the office area, the personnel observed that the company was operating normally, with staff moving about and working as usual. The overall environment was orderly and sophisticated, consistent with its claimed status as a reputable financial trading firm.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the trader CES CAPITAL exists at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigators, as planned, visited the foreign exchange broker CES CAPITAL in Hong Kong, China. At the publicly listed business address, they could see the company’s name and other information, indicating that the broker has a genuine place of operation. The surrounding area is bustling with commercial activity, the building looks new, and upon entering, one can directly see the company’s signboard, confirming that it is a real company conducting business as usual. Investors are advised to make their decisions after careful consideration.
