Purpose

The Hong Kong, China foreign exchange market is a regional core forex trading market that developed in the 1970s. Leveraging the financial policy advantages of a free port, it has brought together a large number of licensed and various types of foreign exchange-related trading institutions from home and abroad, and is an important hub for foreign exchange trading in the Asia-Pacific region. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operating conditions of foreign exchange dealers in the region, we went to Hong Kong, China for an on-site visit.

Process

This issue's visit, as planned, went to Hong Kong, China for an on-site visit to forex broker China Galaxy. According to publicly available information, its office address is 8/F, May May Building, Nos.683-685 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, followed a meticulous plan and traveled to Hong Kong, China. They conducted an on-site verification of broker China Galaxy, which claims to be located at this address.

The inspectors successfully arrived at the target building. The location is on a core street-facing section of Nathan Road in Kowloon, surrounded by numerous shops and dense foot traffic, with a very strong commercial atmosphere.

On the exterior of the building, no company signage or promotional information related to China Galaxy was found; only a complete panoramic exterior view of the building could be photographed.

The inspectors entered the first-floor lobby of the building, stated their purpose to the security guard, and after a brief communication and registration, successfully obtained permission to enter.

After arriving at the target 8th floor, the inspectors checked all office areas on the floor one by one, and found no office area for China Galaxy, nor any corresponding obvious signage or security measures. Since the broker's corresponding office point did not exist at all on the floor, the inspectors could not enter the so-called company interior. Throughout the process, they could not find the broker's front desk, and naturally could not photograph the front desk or its LOGO. This address is also not a shared office.

Since no corresponding office area could be found throughout the process, it was impossible to observe the company's internal environment through the glass door or front desk area, and there were no corresponding scenes such as internal decoration or employee activities.

Therefore, after the on-site visit, it is confirmed that broker China Galaxy does not exist at the above publicly listed address.

Conclusion

The visit personnel went to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker China Galaxy. At its publicly displayed business address, they were unable to see the broker's company name or other information, and there was no corresponding company directory sign in the building. After asking the security guard, they learned that the company had never been located at this address, and it was determined that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors are advised to make a choice after comprehensive consideration.
