The on-site inspectors arrived at The Gateway, Sun Life Financial Tower, located in the bustling area of Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong, with a vibrant surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information for Blackpeak Capital Bintat was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security personnel. After a brief conversation, they obtained permission to enter.

Upon arriving at the target floor, the 7th floor, the inspectors found no clear signage for Blackpeak Capital Bintat's office area, nor any related security measures. Since the company could not be found at all, they were unable to enter the interior, nor could they photograph the reception area or its logo. Moreover, the floor is not a shared office space.

After arriving, the inspectors confirmed that the address was correct, but found no information about this broker. Upon inquiry, the security guard informed them that the company does not exist. The overall environment does not match its claimed positioning, leading to the conclusion that the broker's address is false.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that broker Blackpeak Capital Bintat does not exist at the aforementioned address.
