Process

This time, the survey team went to the UAE as planned to visit forex broker GainFx in person. According to public information, its office address is "403, Building 6, Bay Square, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. P.O. Box - 242644".

The professional and experienced site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly screen for investors, traveled to the UAE following meticulous planning to conduct an on-site verification of the broker GainFx that claims to be located at the above address.

The inspectors successfully arrived at the target building, which is located in the core business district of downtown Dubai, in a very bustling area. It is a luxury office building with a lively surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or relevant information of GainFx was found outside the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After a brief communication, they obtained entry permission.

Upon reaching the target floor, the inspectors found that there was no complete nameplate information for GainFx. Arriving at the corresponding office, they did not find the company either. Due to the absence of company signage and other reasons, the inspectors could not enter the interior, nor could they take photos of the front desk and its LOGO, and the office was not a shared office.

Through the glass door, since the interior could not be seen, it was impossible to observe the company's internal environment, decoration style, and employee activities. Overall, the situation here does not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the site inspection, it is confirmed that the broker GainFx does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion
