On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Hong Kong, China to visit forex broker PROFIT MARKET HK LIMITED as planned according to its regulatory address that Unit 12A, 300 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

The seasoned and professional inspection team, committed to safeguarding investor interests, conducted a meticulously planned on-site investigation of the broker PROFIT MARKET HK LIMITED at 300 Lockhart Road in Wan Chai.

The investigators proceeded to 300 Lockhart Road in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, based on the registered information. The target building is located at 300 Lockhart Road, exhibiting an aged exterior with an overall poor assessment of the street and surrounding environment. The area was crowded with heavy pedestrian and vehicular traffic, appearing somewhat disorderly. No information related to PROFIT MARKET HK LIMITED was found on the exterior of the building.

The area was silent, with no personnel movement, and no traces of operational presence—such as mailboxes, nameplates, promotional materials, or other indicators—were found near the doors. The corridor was rudimentary, starkly contrasting the professional image typically associated with financial brokerage firms.

They attempted to locate the specific “Unit 12A” but found no directional signage in the common areas. Access to or confirmation of “Unit 12A” was unattainable. The two unmarked doors led to indeterminate spaces, with no verifiable connection to the target company.

Through the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that the broker does not maintain a physical presence at the above address.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Hong Kong, China to visit forex broker PROFIT MARKET HK LIMITED as scheduled but did not find the company at its regulatory address. It indicates that the broker does not have a physical office at the place. Accordingly, investors are advised to make a well-considered decision following much deliberation.
