Process

In this issue, the on-site inspection team went to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker R. According to public information, its office address is Room 1001, 10/F, Li Po Chun Chambers, 189 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong.

The professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, went to Hong Kong, China according to a thorough plan. They conducted an on-site verification of Broker R, which claims to be located at Room 1001, 10/F, Li Po Chun Chambers, 189 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong.

They successfully arrived at Li Po Chun Chambers, which is located in the core business district of Central, Hong Kong. The surrounding commercial atmosphere is very strong, with various financial institutions and commercial office buildings densely distributed along the streets and heavy foot traffic; it is a traditional commercial concentration area in Hong Kong.

They walked around the exterior of the building and found no signs or promotional information bearing any wording related to Broker R.

They entered the lobby on the first floor of the building and stated their purpose to the security guard. After a simple information registration and communication, they successfully obtained permission to enter the building.

After arriving at the target floor, the 10th floor, the on-site inspectors checked the office areas on the floor one by one and found no obvious signs of Broker R, nor any public information indicating that the corresponding Room 1001 belonged to the broker. Because all office areas on the floor had independent access control and could not be entered freely, they did not photograph the broker's reception desk or the LOGO at the reception desk throughout the process. The premises also did not belong to a shared office.

Through the glass doors in the public area of the floor, it could be seen that each office unit belonged to a different independent institution, and no area showed any brand traces related to Broker R. The overall layout and environment did not at all match the office scene characteristics claimed by the broker.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that Broker R does not exist at the above address. Upon arrival, the address was confirmed, but no information about the broker was found; when the security guard was asked, he stated that no such company existed, so it was judged to be false.

Conclusion

Field inspection personnel went to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker R. At its publicly displayed business address, they could not see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
