Purpose

The UAE foreign exchange market is an emerging forex market developed in recent years. With its advantageous geographical location, open financial policies, and advanced financial infrastructure, it has gradually become an important forex trading center in the Middle East. In order to help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of forex brokers in the region, the survey team went to the UAE for an on-site visit.

Process

The on-site inspection team went to the UAE as planned to visit the forex broker ARK CAPITAL. According to public information, its office address is Office 707, innovation One Building, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, UAE.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with the mission of strictly vetting on behalf of investors, went to the UAE according to a meticulous plan. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker ARK CAPITAL, which is claimed to be located at Office 707, Innovation One Building, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, UAE.

The inspectors arrived at Innovation One Building, which is located in the Dubai International Financial Centre, surrounded by a bustling environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company logo or relevant information of ARK CAPITAL was found outside the building.

The inspectors entered the lobby of the building and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained permission to enter the building. However, they found that there was no specific company name on the building directory.

The 1st to 3rd floors of the building are shared offices. The inspectors wanted to go to the 7th floor, but found that an access card was required to go upstairs. Since they had no appointment, they could not go to the target floor. Therefore, they could not confirm whether the office area of ARK CAPITAL had obvious signage or security measures, nor could they enter the interior, let alone photograph the reception desk and its LOGO. This office is not a shared office.

Through the lobby, the internal environment of the company could not be observed, and it was impossible to confirm whether the overall situation matched its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker ARK CAPITAL does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The field investigators went to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker ARK CAPITAL. At the broker's publicly displayed business address, they could not see the company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to make their decisions after comprehensive consideration.
