The on-site inspector arrived smoothly at Lucky Center, located in the bustling Wan Chai area of Hong Kong, with a lively surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company logo or relevant information of the broker was found outside the building.

The on-site inspector entered the building lobby and explained the purpose to the security guard. After a brief conversation, they obtained permission to enter.
