Purpose

To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of the forex brokers in the region, the field inspection team traveled to the UAE for on-site visits.

Process

The field inspection team for this issue traveled to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker Liyan Broker. According to publicly available information, its office address is Office 54, Podium floor, Al Gurg Tower 3 office tower, Right Al Buteen, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

A professional and experienced team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, went to the UAE according to a meticulous plan. They conducted on-site verification of the broker Liyan Broker, which claims to be located at Office 54, Podium floor, Al Gurg Tower 3 office tower.

The team successfully arrived at the Al Gurg Tower 3 office building. This location is in the downtown area of Dubai's old city and is a luxury office building positioned as high-end locally, with mature surrounding facilities and a very strong commercial atmosphere.

No company signage or information related to Liyan Broker was found outside the building.

The team entered the first-floor lobby of the building, stated their purpose to the security guards and staff, and after information registration and communication, successfully obtained entry permission and were allowed to move within the building.

After following the front desk's directions to the target floor, Podium floor, the team found that the area was a shared office. They did not see any obvious office signage for Liyan Broker, nor was there a corresponding independent company storefront. Because the shared office area had strict management requirements, entry was not possible without an advance appointment, and they could not photograph the broker's front desk or the front desk LOGO throughout the process. The nature of this office area was a shared office.

The entrance to the shared office had access control, so unauthorized personnel could not enter freely. It was impossible to observe the internal environment, decoration style, or employee activities of the so-called Liyan Broker, and it was completely impossible to confirm whether the broker had set up an office at this location.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Liyan Broker does not exist at the above publicly stated address.

Conclusion

As planned, field inspectors went to the UAE to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker Liyan Broker. At the business address it publicly displayed, they were unable to see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
