Purpose

The Dubai foreign exchange market in the UAE is an emerging international foreign exchange trading hub that has gradually developed over the past two decades. Leveraging its location as a transportation hub connecting Europe, Asia, and Africa, it has gathered a large number of licensed and offshore-registered foreign exchange dealers, and is the core market in the Middle East with the highest foreign exchange trading activity and the most complete supporting financial services. In order to help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operations of foreign exchange dealers in the region, the on-site visit team traveled to Dubai, UAE to carry out this verification work.

Process

In this issue, the field inspection team went to Dubai, United Arab Emirates as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker JYP500, and according to public information, its office address is Arenco Building - Sheikh Zayed Rd - Dubai - United Arab Emirates.

A professional and experienced inspection team, with a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors, traveled to Dubai, UAE according to meticulous planning. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker JYP500 that claims to be located at this address.

The on-site inspectors successfully arrived at the target building. The location is in Dubai's core business district, close to a metro station, with a bustling and lively surrounding environment and a very strong commercial atmosphere. The entire building is an ultra-luxury office building in Dubai's business district. The on-site inspectors captured a complete panoramic view of the building, and no company signage or promotional information related to JYP500 was found on the exterior of the building.

The on-site inspectors entered the first-floor lobby of the building, explained their purpose to the lobby staff, and after basic information registration and communication, successfully obtained permission to enter the lobby.

After checking the complete floor directory in the lobby, the directory only vaguely displayed the company's related name information, and did not indicate the specific floor. It was impossible to confirm the office floor corresponding to broker JYP500. Therefore, the on-site inspectors could not go to the specific floor to confirm the company's actual location. Throughout the process, no obvious signage or security measures were found in JYP500's office area. There was no shared office situation, and it was completely impossible to photograph the reception desk or the reception desk logo.

Because the specific office floor could not be determined, the on-site inspectors had no opportunity to access the company's glass doors or reception area, nor could they observe the company's internal office environment. The relevant areas were not open to the public and did not allow outsiders to enter.

Therefore, after the on-site visit, it was confirmed that broker JYP500 does not exist at the above publicly stated valid office address.

Conclusion

As planned, field inspection personnel visited the forex broker JYP500 in Dubai, UAE for an on-site inspection. At its publicly displayed business address, they could not see the broker's clear company name, corresponding floor, or other valid operational information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
