Purpose

Process

In this issue, the survey team planned to visit the forex broker TrustXToro in the UK. According to public information, its office address is 1st Floor 103 Colmore Row Birmingham West Midlands B3 3AG UNITED KINGDOM.

A professional and experienced site inspection team, with a strong sense of duty to strictly safeguard investors, went to the United Kingdom according to a well-organized plan. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker TrustXToro claiming to be located at this address.

The inspectors arrived at the target building smoothly. The site is located on Colmore Row, Birmingham, UK, with a relatively bustling environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company sign or related information of the broker was found outside the building.

The inspectors entered the first floor of the building and indicated their purpose to the security guard. After a simple exchange, they were granted access.

However, inside the building, neither the broker's nameplate nor any LOGO related to the broker was found. As the specific floor and location could not be confirmed, the inspectors were unable to reach the target floor. Naturally, they could not confirm whether the broker’s office area had obvious signage or security measures, nor could they enter the interior or photograph the front desk and its LOGO. Furthermore, the office space was not a shared office.

Upon arrival, the address was confirmed, but no information about the broker was found. When asked, the security guard stated that this company was not in the building. Through the glass doors and similar means, the interior of the company could not be seen either. Overall, it was judged that the office address claimed by the broker is false.

Therefore, after the inspection, it was confirmed that the broker TrustXToro does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The survey team went to the UK as planned to visit the forex broker TrustXToro in person. At its publicly displayed business address, they could not see the company name or other information of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Please make your decision after comprehensive consideration.
