In order to help investors more comprehensively understand the actual office conditions of forex dealers in the region, the field inspection team traveled to Hong Kong, China for on-site visits.

Process

In this issue, the on-site inspection team went to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Soyam. According to public information, its office address is Unit No.A222, 3F, Hang Fung Industrial Building, Phase2, No.2G Hok Yuen Street, Hunghom, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, traveled to Hong Kong, China according to a well-planned itinerary. They conducted an on-site verification of broker Soyam, which claims to be located at Unit No.A222, 3F, Hang Fung Industrial Building, Phase2, No.2G Hok Yuen Street, Hunghom, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

The relevant personnel successfully arrived at Phase 2 of Hang Fung Industrial Building, located at No. 2G Hok Yuen Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon. The area around this address has a strong commercial atmosphere, the building exterior is brand new, and a large number of industrial and commercial buildings are gathered nearby, with many merchants and office workers coming and going; the overall area is very active.

No company signage or related information associated with Soyam was found outside the building; only a complete panoramic view of the building was photographed.

The relevant personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard or staff. After a brief registration and communication, they successfully obtained entry permission and were able to pass freely to the corresponding floor.

After arriving at the target floor, the 3rd floor, the relevant personnel inspected all areas on the floor and found no obvious signage in Soyam's office area; the public directory board area on the entire floor also did not display any name information related to Soyam.

Because no signage for the corresponding company was found and no prior appointment had been made, the relevant personnel were unable to enter Room A222 as indicated. Throughout the process, no suitable scene was found for photographing a reception desk or a reception desk logo, and the address is not a shared office.

Observing through the glass door of Room A222, it was impossible to clearly see the specific office environment inside the room, nor were there any signs of personnel from the company conducting business normally; the overall situation did not match the business positioning claimed by the broker.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker Soyam does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

As planned, field inspection personnel went to Hong Kong, China to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Soyam. At its publicly displayed business address, they could not see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
