Process

This time, the field verification team, as planned, visited the foreign exchange broker UOBKayHian in Hong Kong, China. According to publicly available information, its office address is located on the 6th floor of the Harcourt House, 39 Gloucester Road, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a strong sense of responsibility to rigorously vet investors, traveled to Hong Kong, China, according to a well-planned schedule. They conducted a field verification of the trader UOBKayHian, which was claimed to be located at that address.

They arrived smoothly at the Harcourt House, situated along Gloucester Road, a prime business district. The surrounding streets are bustling, lined with various financial institutions, office buildings, and supporting commercial facilities, creating a vibrant business atmosphere. The building’s exterior is brand new, and its full facade could be clearly captured in photographs. No signage related to the trader was found on the exterior of the building.

Upon entering the lobby, they informed the security guard or staff of their purpose. After a brief visitor registration procedure, they were granted permission to enter the building. Inside the building, they could directly see a company signboard bearing the name UOBKayHian, and the trader’s logo was displayed in the interior area of the building.

After reaching the target floor, the 6th floor, the inspection team observed clear branding of UOBKayHian in the office area. Due to internal management regulations prohibiting unauthorized entry, they were unable to enter the company’s premises. During this inspection, they were able to photograph the reception desk and its logo; the office space does not belong to a shared office environment.

Through the glass doors of the office area, they could see normal staff activity, indicating that the office was operating as usual, and the overall environment aligned with the profile of a reputable financial trading firm.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the trader UOBKayHian exists at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspection team, as scheduled, went to Hong Kong, China, to conduct a field visit to the forex trader UOBKayHian. At the publicly displayed business address, they could see the trader’s company name and other information, indicating that the trader has a genuine place of business. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
