Reason for this visit  

Refer to the last visit to the broker Supertrader, the survey team confirmed that its real address failed to match with the one in its regulatory information.This time, the survey team decided to visit the broker again at another address.

Regulation information

The broker has the license of authorized representative (AR) issued by ASIC. According to the regulation information,its office address is at International Tower One 2304 100 Barangaroo Ave Barangaroo NSW 2000.

In addition, Supertrader also holds a retail forex licence issued by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC), which is under offshore supervision.

The surveyors came to an office building located at 100 barangaroo Avnue. For the general impression, the building was large-scale and commercial. Later, the surveyors entered the building and directly went to the 23rd floor, where was the destination of this survey - Office 2304.

The surveyors entered the company and instantly caught sight of the logo Supertrader. Looking around its operating brands, it was found that the broker's main business includes Huitong credit, Huitong investment, Huiying online and other sectors.

The office is well lighted by floor-to-ceiling windows and divided into three office areas. By general estimation, there were over 20 employees on duty. 

The office is displayed with awards and certificates that the broker Supertrader has received.

Conclusion

Based on the result of this spot survey, the surveyors confirmed that Supertrader’s office does exist.The overall office environment is good. By general estimation, there were over 20 employees on duty. It can be concluded that the broker is in normal operation currently. Comprehensive consideration was recommended with regard to investment.
