Purpose

The UAE forex market is an emerging regional core forex market that has developed over the past two decades. Leveraging Dubai's geographical advantage as a Middle East financial hub, it has gathered a large number of forex dealers from around the world, and is an important forex trading distribution center radiating to the Middle East and North Africa region. In order to help investors or practitioners more comprehensively understand the forex dealers in the region, the field inspection team traveled to the UAE for an on-site visit.

Process

In this issue, the field inspection team traveled to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker ZED CAPITAL. According to public information, its office address is 1606, Concord Tower, Near Palm Jumeirah Tram Station, Media City, Dubai - UAE.

A professional and experienced team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, went to the United Arab Emirates according to a well-planned itinerary. They conducted an on-site verification of broker ZED CAPITAL, which claims to be located at 1606, Concord Tower, Near Palm Jumeirah Tram Station, Media City, Dubai - UAE.

The team successfully arrived at Concord Tower. This location is next to an ultra-luxury office building in Dubai's commercial district, adjacent to the Palm Jumeirah Tram Station, with very convenient surrounding transportation, a clean and high-end overall environment, and a strong commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information connected to ZED CAPITAL was found outside the building.

The team entered the building lobby and explained the purpose of their visit to security or staff. After communication and registration, they were granted permission to enter the lobby.

Because the building has strict security and no appointment had been made in advance, they could not go upstairs to reach the specific location on the target 16th floor, and therefore could not confirm whether there was an office area for ZED CAPITAL on that floor. Throughout the process, no obvious signage or security measures of the company were found, they could not enter the company's interior, and they could not photograph the reception desk or the reception desk LOGO. This premises is not a shared office.

No complete company directory was set up inside the building, so it was impossible to look up the floor and room information corresponding to ZED CAPITAL, and it was completely impossible to confirm whether the company actually operates here.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that broker ZED CAPITAL does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

On-site inspectors went to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker ZED CAPITAL, but at the business address it publicly displays they were unable to see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine place of business. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
