As one of the world's important forex trading hubs, it has attracted a large number of domestic and overseas forex dealers by virtue of its free capital flow mechanism, internationally aligned financial regulatory system, and locational advantage of being backed by the mainland, with high market activity and a complex business landscape. Process

This issue's on-site inspection team went to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker JIAS. According to public information, its office address is FLAT B5,2/F., MANNING IND.BUILDING, 116-118 HOW MING STREET, KWUN TONG, KL HK.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, traveled to Hong Kong, China according to a meticulous plan. They conducted on-site verification of broker JIAS, which claims to be located at FLAT B5,2/F., MANNING IND.BUILDING, 116-118 HOW MING STREET, KWUN TONG, KL HK.

The team successfully arrived at Manning Industrial Building, located at 116-118 How Ming Street, Kwun Tong. The surrounding area is a cluster of traditional industrial buildings in Kwun Tong. There were no relevant signs of the corresponding broker in the street environment. We captured a complete panoramic view of the building, and no company signage or promotional information related to JIAS was found on the exterior of the building.

Entered the building lobby and stated our purpose to the security guard. After a brief communication and registration, we successfully obtained entry permission and could freely access the public areas of the building.

After arriving at the target floor, the 2nd floor, the on-site inspectors walked through the entire floor area and found no obvious signage in JIAS's office area, nor any corresponding B5 unit marked with the company name. Because no corresponding company information was found, we could not enter the company's interior. No reception area was found throughout the process, so naturally we could not photograph the reception or its LOGO. The premises are not a shared office.

Checked the directional signage in the public areas of each floor one by one, and found no wording related to JIAS at all. After checking with the building security, the guard clearly stated that no company named JIAS had ever been established in the entire building. Throughout the process, we could not enter the claimed office area, nor see any office environment inside the company.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker JIAS does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

As planned, on-site inspection personnel went to Hong Kong, China to conduct a field visit to the forex broker JIAS. At the business address publicly listed by the broker, they were unable to see information such as the company name of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
