Purpose

The UAE forex market is a core regional forex trading market that has gradually developed over the past two decades. Leveraging Dubai's positioning as an international financial hub, it has gathered a large number of forex brokers from around the world. It has a high degree of market openness and a mature regulatory system, and is the core hub for forex trading in the Middle East. In order to help investors more comprehensively understand the actual operating conditions of forex brokers in the region, the on-site visit team went to Dubai, UAE to carry out on-site verification work.

Process

In this issue, the on-site visit team went to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker RFX REALFX, according to public information, its office address is 4th Floor, Block B, Business Village, Deira, Dubai, UAE.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors' interests, according to a well-planned schedule, traveled to Dubai, UAE. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker RFX REALFX claiming to be located at 4th Floor, Block B, Business Village, Deira, Dubai, UAE.

The inspection team successfully arrived at the target office building, which is located in the city center of old Dubai, a local luxury office building with complete surrounding commercial facilities, a clean and bustling overall environment, and a very strong commercial atmosphere. No sign information related to RFX REALFX was found outside the building. The inspection team completely photographed and recorded the panoramic appearance of the building; the building's exterior facade is neat and grand, consistent with the positioning of a high-end business office building.

The inspection team entered the ground floor lobby of the building, stated their purpose to the on-site staff, and after information registration and communication, successfully obtained permission to enter the lobby. A complete company directory was set up in the lobby, indicating the names of the tenant companies and their corresponding floor information, but no information related to RFX REALFX appeared on the directory at all.

Due to the very strict security management of the building, the inspection team could not obtain permission to go upstairs and could not reach the specific location on the 4th floor as marked for further verification. Throughout the process, no office area of RFX REALFX was found, nor were there corresponding obvious signs or security measures. They could not enter the company's interior, nor had any opportunity to photograph the company's reception desk and the reception desk LOGO. This is also not a shared office.

Limited by the control requirements that prevented going upstairs, the inspection team could not observe the company's internal environment, nor confirm its decoration style, employee activities, and other related conditions, and could not verify whether its claimed office positioning was true.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that the broker RFX REALFX does not exist at the above publicly marked address.

Conclusion

Visiting personnel went to the UAE as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker RFX REALFX. At its publicly displayed business address, no company name of the broker or any other relevant information could be seen, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
