The on-site inspection team arrived at Index Tower, which is located in the heart of Dubai and is a super-luxury office building. The surrounding environment is bustling with a strong business atmosphere. However, no company signs or relevant information were found on the exterior of the building.

The on-site inspectors entered the lobby of the building and explained their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained permission to enter the lobby.
