Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

In this period, the field survey team planned to visit the broker Hai Cloud Exchange in Hong Kong. According to public information, its office address is Room 2405B, 24th Floor, Lippo Centre Tower One, 89 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong. 

The professional survey team, with a responsible attitude towards investors, conducted a field check on Hai Cloud Exchange based on the above address.

The surveyors went to the Admiralty area in Hong Kong and arrived at the Lippo Centre. The centre is located in the core area of Admiralty, close to the Hong Kong High Court, the Hong Kong Police Headquarters and other government agencies, with an optimal geographical location, good company park, and street environment. Outside the building, the surveyors could clearly photograph the entire building, but no signs of Hai Cloud Exchange were found.

Surveyors entered the building lobby smoothly. The lobby environment is in line with the characteristics of high-end commercial buildings. When checking the lobby's directory, they did not find the company name Hai Cloud Exchange and could not obtain directions to the location of the company.

Surveyors went up to the 24th floor of Tower One, and upon arrival, they did not find the name of the broker within the floor. The actual office space here belongs to another company, and there was no logo of Hai Cloud Exchange inside the building. Therefore, the surveyors could not confirm its specific location, let alone enter the inside of the company, naturally, they could not photograph the reception and its logo. It was confirmed that the venue is not a shared office space, which further proves that Hai Cloud Exchange does not actually operate here.

Therefore, after the field survey, it was confirmed that the broker Hai Cloud Exchange does not have a real business premise.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Forex broker Hai Cloud Exchange as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
