Purpose

The UAE forex market is an emerging international offshore forex trading market that has developed over the past two decades. Leveraging Dubai's geographical advantage as the financial hub of the Middle East, it has gathered a large number of licensed and unlicensed forex dealers from around the world. The industry regulatory rules in the region are relatively flexible, and the qualifications of dealers vary widely. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual office conditions of forex dealers in the region, the field inspection team traveled to Dubai, UAE, for an on-site visit.

Process

In this issue, the on-site inspection team went to the United Arab Emirates as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker IGR Global. According to public information, its office address is Almas Tower 24E, Jumeirah Lakes Towers Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard the interests of investors, went to Dubai, UAE according to a well-planned schedule. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker IGR Global claiming to be located at Almas Tower 24E.

The team successfully arrived at Almas Tower. This location is in Dubai's core commercial district and is a super-luxury office building in the commercial area, surrounded by various financial institutions and business service outlets, with a very strong commercial atmosphere. Outside the building, no company signs or information related to IGR Global were found; only a complete panoramic view of the building was photographed and recorded.

The team entered the ground floor lobby of the building and explained their purpose to the security guard. After a brief communication and registration, they smoothly obtained permission to enter the lobby.

After inspecting the ground floor lobby, it was found that the floor did not have a complete company directory displaying all tenant information, and throughout the process, no tenant directory marked with IGR Global was found. The building's security is extremely strict. Because there was no prior appointment, they could not obtain permission to go upstairs, could not reach the specific floor where 24E is located to confirm the corresponding position, and could not enter the company's interior. Throughout the process, no IGR Global signs were seen inside or outside the building, and there was no opportunity to photograph the company's reception desk or the LOGO on the reception desk. This location is not a shared office.

Because they could not go upstairs or enter the office area, the team was unable to observe the company's internal office environment. All relevant internal areas do not allow outsiders to enter freely.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that the broker IGR Global does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

Field inspection personnel went to the United Arab Emirates as planned to conduct an on-site visit of forex broker IGR Global, but at its publicly displayed business address they were unable to see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
